Liqiang He is the lead computer scientist and high performance computing expert at Geomechanica. He holds a Ph.D. degree in computer science from Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Science. Prior to joining Geomechanica, Liqiang worked as a professor in the College of Computer Science, Inner Mongolia University, China. He also held a postdoc position in IRISA-INRIA, France and worked as a research scientist at University of Cyprus and as a visiting scholar at INRIA Saclay, France. Liqiang has over 12 years of research experience in computer architecture and parallel computing, and has published more than thirty papers in international conferences and journals. He is the co-author of one of the best papers on computer architecture in the prestigious IEEE/ACM MICRO 2014 conference.
